About Us |
Hello, my name is Torey Lenoch, owner of Lenoch Construction LLC. If you choose my company for your next project, I guarantee true professionalism and integrity. I have been involved in the construction business since 1992 when I took a job with Custom Hardwoods II in northern Colorado. My boss at the time, Jess Nelson, taught me that there is more to the business than simply installing hardwood flooring. |
Jeff Nelson taught me the meaning of integrity, dependability and the inherent satisfaction of quality workmanship. Later, I started my own business, A Better Floor Company, which concentrated on the home market in Fort Collins. In the summer of 2000, I relocated with my family to Michigan, but moved back to Fort Collins a year later. |
My wife, Julie, is an Emergency Veterinarian at a local clinic here in Fort Collins. We met during college where she went through the vet program at CSU, graduating in 2000. She accepted a job in Marquette, MI, where we relocated for a year with our new baby, Clara. The area and the job were not what we wanted, so we came back the following spring. |
When my family and I came back to Fort Collins, I wanted to put my skills forth in a new direction. I started taking on small bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects, eventually leading to larger and larger projects, including complete ground-up new custom homes. When my second child, Lucas, was born, I decided to concentrate on local remodeling and additions that would allow me to be an involved father. |

I currently manage two separate crews and spend much of my time managing various projects. I try to spend half of my time in the field and the rest producing bids, meeting with subcontractors, and taking care of all the other details required of a small business owner. |
I do much of my own design, allowing the smart marriage of custom spaces with affordable ways to achieve that space. Occasionally, I bring an outside source in to help with finishes, color, and ‘functional’ design, which include kitchens, master suites and mudrooms. |
Although I do not market my company as a green builder, I do understand the wasteful nature of the business and try to limit the impact on the landfill. To do this, I recycle as much demolition material as possible and promote the purchase of various materials from local recycled material yards. |
I always look forward to talking with prospective customers and discussing possible projects. If your project and contractor requirements are a good match for my experience and skills, I would love to talk further about your project. |
| Sincerely, Torey Lenoch |
