My wife and I used Lenoch Construction for a remodel to our house in Old Town Fort Collins, which was built in 1908. It was important to us to preserve the historic character of the house, stay within budget, and end up with a master suite where before there was none. I was out of town for the duration of the remodel and my wife was living in the house while it was being remodeled. Throughout the whole process, Lenoch Construction was excellent. Communications were prompt and easy. Not only was Torey very helpful and personable, but his employees were always considerate and friendly. We even had a few modifications to the design and Lenoch Construction handled them with ease--promptly providing us with options, revised budget, and realistic time frames. The end product was a very comfortable and spacious master bedroom and a truly luxurious master bathroom with custom fixtures, jetted tub, beautiful tile, and spacious steam shower. LenochConstruction built a 31' x 14" sunroom addition to our existing rear concrete patio. Construction started approximately in June 2009 and was completed in November. The time line of the project was lengthened because of our changes/modifications to the original proposal, and not in any way reflective of Lenoch Construction. The overall project included excavation around existing concrete slab, new concrete slab poured and construction of structure including walls, vaulted ceiling, roof/shingles, vented skylights, sliding doors/windows, electrical, and included custom windows mounted on east facing walls. Lenoch Construction took charge of  all necessary structural prints, city permits/inspections, all labor and management including the labor of subcontractors.  IT IS FROM THIS PERSPECTIVE THAT WE SHOULD LIKE TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. Overall we were very well pleased with Lenoch Construction and would highly recommend  them to anyone who would be interested in an excellent small contractor.  Torey is an honest, pleasant/cheerful  person who is also a very good builder/contractor. His enthusiasm and confidence was always evident, from the way he managed subcontractors to the way he managed his employees. He has a very pleasant disposition and intelligent hard working mature individual. The project included all cleanup and repair of any items that may have been damaged during construction. The construction site backed-up to a common green belt area that the home-owner association and architectural committees had some initial damage concerns. Torey was very aware of these concerns and took the necessary precautions and avoided any damage to these common areas. The overall cost was within other bids and very competitive with other area contractors. The original price & payment schedule was very well detailed and meticulously followed until the project was completed. There were no hidden costs or fees to the agreed proposal. All the work was insured and guaranteed. Four months after completion of the project we are very pleased and happy that we contracted with Lenoch Construction and were introduced to Torey Lenoch. In late June 2009 I contracted with Torey Lenoch and Jeff Olmstead to construct a bedroom and bath in my unfinished basement. I left them with very little in the way of planning or instructions. I had company arriving mid-August and had no guest room in my patio home to accommodate anyone. I asked that everything be built to code and permits were applied for as soon as the contract was signed. These men treated my house as if it was their own. There were no undue trips through my house and my daily routine was never disrupted. They consulted with me when it came to fixtures, colors, floor plans that needed an okay. Also, my Home Owners Association were in no way upset over the construction. This group never left debris around the house, trash was hauled away on a daily basis, no paths were made through the greenbelt with their crews coming and going. I have had no complaints from the HOA and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of remodeling or construction. As a final note: The room was finished before my company arrived and they thoroughly enjoyed christening my new room. - Helen McKeown

I would recommend Torey Lenoch without reservation. I have to say I found Torey, after a string of dishonest contractors. Torey is honest and does what he says he will do and completes the job on time and budget every time. Torey worked on several projects for me in 2009 after I bought a house in Ft. Collins and did an awesome job. One of the many things I found great working with Torey is his communication. He understands exactly what I need and want. And he knows how to communicate to me in a language I understand. He works with quality, integrity, craftsmanship and creativity. He is comes up with creative solutions to meet my budget to make me just what I am looking for. I always like his ideas. There were times last year where I needed a plumber and garage door professional quickly. If I need something he doesn't do, he has a referral of someone, I can trust, who can.
